Services provided by department:
Audit support: business process and systems assurance;
Data analytics (CAATs);
IT and business process due diligence (support to TS);
Application controls consulting (Banking core systems, Insurance core systems);
Third-party assurance and opinion services (SAS 70, agreed upon procedures).
General Description:
Deliver quality service to a variety of top-tier clients: Banks, Capital Markets, Leasing & Insurance companies;
Carry out work plans and project approaches in the financial audit context and/or consulting world;
Evaluate client server systems and multi-platform systems while providing detailed reports on the vulnerability's of these systems to our clients;
Validate of internal controls in IT function;
Assessment of internal controls within business processes and information systems;
Assessment of automated controls within information systems, especially financial service applications.
Education, experience and skills requirements:
Bachelor's Degree;
1 to 2 years of external and/or internal IT audit background, compliance experience;
Working knowledge and understanding of compliance and risk review procedures, business processes and internal controls are desirable;
Ideally 1+ years systems assurance experience with a "Big 4" firm or IT internal audit experience or industry experience.
Soft skills:
Ability to operate in multitask environment;
Good presentation skills;
Availability for overtime work and tough deadlines;
Willingness to travel (Russia and abroad);
Business writing skills (both in Russian and in English).
